配送ポリシー

Processing All AKME footwear is handcrafted, so please allow time for your order to be prepared. In-stock items are processed and shipped Monday–Friday, excluding holidays. Pre-order and made-to-order items ship by the estimated date shown on the product page.

Shipping rates & delivery Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination. Domestic (US) orders ship via standard carriers; international orders ship via UPS or DHL Express. You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. Track any order at akmeus.aftership.com.

Multiple items For orders with two or more items, items may ship separately.

International duties & taxes International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country. These are set by your government and are not included in your order total or shipping cost. We share this upfront so there are no surprises on delivery.

Lost or delayed packages Once an order leaves our hands it is in the carrier's care. If your tracking shows a problem or your package is significantly delayed, contact info@akmeus.com and we'll help you follow up with the carrier.
