PRE-ORDERS

Pre-order items are products from the most recent collection or out-of-stock items from previous collections that can be reserved in advance within a limited timeframe. Pre-order items are products that are not yet in inventory. By pre-ordering, you will be among the first to reserve a product in your preferred style and size.

SHIPPING DATE

The expected shipping date for Pre-Order items will be clearly noted on the product page. Please note, this date is only an estimate and is subject to change. If for any reason we are not able to fulfill your Pre-Order, we will refund you the full amount of the Pre-Order.

PAYMENT

We may collect a full payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the remaining payment at a shipping date. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

You can't cancel Pre-Order. You may always return an item based on our online return policy.
