MADE TO ORDER: Once the order is received, the shoe will be handcrafted: each piece cut, lasted, soled, and finished at the AKME atelier by skilled artisans, from start to finish.
SHIPPING: Expect to ship within 8-12 weeks of your purchase.
The sizing is based on US men's sizes, and all our shoes are designed to run true to size.
Orders are processed and shipped from Monday to Friday. For orders with two or more items, items may ship separately.

Returns
Due to the limited nature of our stock and the individual crafting process, we do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges.
• To care for this product, wipe it with a soft, dry, natural-colored cloth.
• If it comes into contact with liquids, wipe it immediately and leave it to dry in fresh air.
• Do not use neutral or aggressive chemicals to clean.
• Do not machine wash. Instead, we recommend seeing a cleaning specialist.
• Do not expose this product to direct sources of heat or sunlight for prolonged periods.
• After each use, we advise keeping it in its pouch and box to protect it from light, dust, and moisture.
• To preserve their original shape, fill shoes with white tissue paper.
